Do open houses really work?
Even if a deal isn't made through the open house, I feel that it is a great place to network and get the word out about your property and even other ventures you may have. Don't look at it as just an event to sell a home, but as an overall experience that can also open other doors. Open houses are also great for getting neighbors into the home and they tell friends and family and potentially bring you a buyer. This is just one part of the marketing strategy for getting your home sold.
